about us

  • Royal Family Kids Camp in Alaska began in June 2005. RFKC is a camp for children ages 7-11 who are involved in the foster care system. It is an opportunity for us to create postitive memories for abused, neglected and abandoned children.

Children attend camp free of charge, thanks to generous investors. Volunteers go through an intense screening process and attend extensive training to equip them to work with these remarkable children.

Our priority is to provide a safe and loving experience for these children.

  • RFKC has a tremendous amount of staff to accomodate the needs of these children.

Counselors, we call them Cousins keeping with the family theme, are responsible for two children because they have two hands. A Cousin is paired with another Cousin and two kids. This creates their family pod.

There is also a Grandpa and Grandma, Aunt and Uncle, Native Elders, Deans for Men and Women and many-many other staff.
